BOOMERANG WILOGICAL

Description

Automatic systems for quality assurance
Boomerang meets regulatory requirements for logging and documentation in laboratories, cold storage and food safety.

Monitoring and quality assurance of your laboratory
The storage of reagents, vaccines, blood plasma and other samples, and the culturing of bacteria and other organisms, demands a controlled environment in, for example, the refrigerator, freezer or incubator. An incorrect temperature may prove very costly and lead to the loss of valuable samples.

The Boomerang automatic temperature logging system makes monitoring and quality assurance of your laboratory simple. Boomerang automatically collects information about temperatures, for example in refrigerators, freezers, incubators and heating cabinets. An alarm is generated immediately if the pre-set thresholds are exceeded. Boomerang is designed to be flexible and offers several different ways of receiving the alarm – for example, via SMS, e-mail or flashing lights and an audio signal.

Cloud based monitoring system
Wireless communication allows the monitoring to be centralised, irrespective of the number of measurement points or laboratories covered by the system. Boomerang saves all measurement data and features integrated procedures for creating security copies (backups). Reports of historical data can be generated at any time and in various formats, for example Excel. Boomerang measures not only temperature, but also relative humidity (RH), carbon dioxide (CO2), pressure, airborne particles and many other parameters.

Automatic temperature logging
The quality assurance of laboratory work is becoming more and more important nowadays. The authorities also require temperatures to be measured and for measurement data to be traceable in accordance with good laboratory practice (GLP) and good manufacturing practice (GMP). Taking temperature readings manually generates a fairly extensive amount of administration and paperwork. As this is presumably not a main function of your laboratory, there is a great risk of insufficient documentation.
